User accounts are usually created a few days before a course begins, whereupon the head course instructor receives a list of the new users who have been added and who concern that course. In rare cases, or with late registration, it can happen that user accounts cannot be created before the course begins.
The first step is to contact the student advisor (studievägledare) to make sure that you really are registered for that course. Then, contact support with information on which course is involved, and we will attempt to resolve the problem.
