How does one produce a PDF version of an Office document?

Choose "Print" in the "File" menu.
Check "Print to file"
Print
Change the name of the file so the extension is .ps.
Convert the Postscript file (.ps) to .pdf using Acrobat Distiller. In the computer laboratories, Acrobat Distiller 3 is installed.
Start Distiller and drag the Postscript file over the Distiller window.
If everything has worked, there should be a PDF file in the same directory as the Postscript file.
