How does one print several logical pages on one sheet of physical paper? |
To print several logical pages one one physical page use the command
mpage.
For example, to print in PDF with four logical pages per physical page, choose PrintPrinter Command enter the following
mpage -4 -Pma416ps
The result will appear on the printer in Ma416.
Possible alternatives are -2, -4, and -8. Consult the man pages using
(man mpage) for further information.
Note that it is not possible to run
mpage -4 -Pxyz file.pdf directly in a shell window.
