How does one create good PDF from LaTeX? |
If one just creates Postscript and then converts to PDF, the result will contain Type 3 bitmap fonts, which are not displayed well by Acrobat Reader.
Instead, do the following:
- Insert in "\usepackage{aeguill}" under documentclass in the LaTeX source.
- Run: latex filename.tex
- Convert dvi to ps with: dvips -Ppdf fil.dvi
- Convert ps to pdf with: ps2pdf fil.ps
