Windows: My configuration disappears when I log out.

The most common error is that you do not have privileges to write your profile directory.

The solution is to proceed as follows.

Right click on h:\username.

Choose properties.

Select the Security tab.

Click on permissions.

Mark the box Replace Permissions on subdirectories.

Give your user name Full Control as the access type.

Click on OK.

Wait until the operation has completed.

Done.

If this does not solve the problem, it may be that drive H: is full. In that case, contact support.
