Wireless networks at Umu
Umu has three wireless networks:
- eduroam
- eduroam setup
- Umu wlan
Eduroam [eduroam]
Eduroam is the preferred wireless network to use, secured with WPA2 Enterprise encryption.
Requires you to download and install a certificate on your device:

eduroam setup
A helper network that assists you to setup Eduroam.
On supported devices it will direct you to download an application that installs the certificates and configures Eduroam automatically.
This currently only works on Windows 10/11 - the rest will need to use the manual setup above.
Umu wlan
A guest network, not encrypted. Login via a capture portal with your Umu-id and password, or with a special WIFI guest-account
